Virtual Office Services
Mail Center $64.99 per Month
Pick up your mail and packages at your preferred Great Family location or have it forwarded upon request. You receive and send anything you need mailed out, including packages of up to 50 pounds.
Virtual Office $89.99 per Month
With this option we offer a professional business address as above, plus a virtual phone number. The virtual phone number can be forwarded to any phone you want, and its settings can be accessed through an online portal where you can quickly manage call handling and forwarding, change your phone's business hours if needed, customize your hold audio, and set your Voicemail-to-Email and Voicemail-to-SMS. Included are 2 hours of conference room and/or office space every month and 4 hours of co-working space at our offices in Boerne Commons.
Virtual Company $279.99 per Month
Our Virtual Company provides all the Mail Center and Virtual Office services above, plus 16 hours to use towards our conference rooms and offices, and 12 hours available at our community offices. You simply have to call your preferred location's Office Manger at least a day in advance to check availability and reserve your desired space or conference room. Also included is Live Phone Reception, who will be the gatekeeper between you and telemarketers, sending only legitimate leads and business your way.

Conference Room and Community Offices
Our Conference Room is perfect for deal closings, training sessions, and other business meetings. Available hourly or daily, we offer Print and Scan services to allow you to make modifications to important documents and reprint them, without having to interrupt the closing. You can even scanned the just-signed documents to a PDF or jpg!
Our community office spaces allow for multiple people to occupy one area for less. Each individual space is fully furnished and equipped with a phone, high speed internet and essential office supplies. We even have options for desks equipped with computers if needed.
Day Use
Looking for a desk for a short time? Try our day use options. You can reserve a community desk by hour or by day. Our options are flexible and accommodating.
Full Time
Do you need a private space to conduct your work? Our personal offices are quiet and professional, each fully furnished and equipped with high speed internet, a phone, essential office supplies and copier room access. We have several sizes and package options. Call your preferred location for rates and available dates.
